blower motor doesn't run but motor & resistor both replaced

Doesn't run in a/c or heat

What makes this problem better or worse?

nothing will cause it to run but feed 12 volt direct to motor and it runs ok

How long has your 2013 Lincoln Navigator had this problem?

last week just quit blowing
