I have to pump brakes to put it in gear

What is your question?

I have to keep pumping the brakes on my 2010 Lincoln Navigator to get it out of Park. The brake fluid is fine. I don't think it's air in the lines. Could there be some kind of linkage problem?

Brake light switch failure is the likely culprit - it also is responsible for releasing the shifter from park. Have wiring and connector inspected - brake light switch operations can easily be tested.
