Trying to replace brake pads on 09 navigator. To get to the star fittings

What is your question?

I can't figure out what size star fitting tool I need. Ive tried everything, a 50,55,60 and then tried star alan wrenches and I cant get any to fit. Apparently this is the only year navigator that is set up this way..can anyone help?

you are talking about the caliper bolt/pins.could be metric,standard allen,or torx bit.call or go to autozone and see if they have the caliper bolt guide pins in stock.start checking their tools and find the correct tool that fits the head,and hope they made the head size replacement pins the same size as yours.

Thank you..I tried my local advance auto, but they didn't have anything in stock. Thankfully the pads aren't completely shot yet, so ill try autozone tomorrow.
