sometimes when i turn on rear air it makes a sound like a solenoid clicking in and out. it blow cold air.trying diff. fan speed and does not affect the problem at all.

i wonder if it could be that if most vents were close off it could cause a back press. on thge blower? thanks for your reply.im gonna open all vents and see what happens . like i said it only does it sometimes
yes that would i think put a load on it the actuator only has little plastic gears and it has to lift the blend door or force it down to adjust the temperature good luck if its a clicking sound it could have striped gear good luck
