Can't find the reset button for the fuel pump..

Changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, crank sensor,and relay. Gas is still not pumping.

Check the kick panel in ur passenger sidekick just under the gloves compartment behind the dash... Some Lincoln's have in the back in ur driver side close to ur tail light u can move the plastic cover u will fiin It

when you turn key to on,NOT START, you should hear the fuel pump prime(humm)for 2 seconds and then it cuts off.why did you change the fuel pump?
