How to diagnose the cooling module

This is a pretty common problem .. Some DIY test are checking the big fuse in under hood fuse box .. Make sure the wire connector at the cooling fans is in good shape, try wiggling the connector then check cooling fan operation with a/c on .. I have found that MOST of the time the problem is the cooling fan module which is part of the fan assembly .. Replacing the cooling fans ASSEMBLY usually fixes this problem but suggest more testing per diagnostic flow chart be performed before replacement...
