See > DRIVE CONTROL in the owners manual. You can select the ride control mode desired - factory default setting is NORMAL

I think this system utilizes steering wheel controls - it is not uncommon at all for vehicle operators to inadvertently depress these control buttons and change various settings. You should take the time to familiarize yourself with all of the control features the vehicle has! Good luck!
