2014 MKX WON'T START AND WON'T JUMP START.

What is your question?

We jump started it once and drove it home. Now it won't start again and won't take a jump start. It just clicks. I thought maybe I should disconnect the battery cables and reconnect them. Now all dash lights and dome lights are dead and it still won't take a jump start.
