Way to install a new mirror on passenger side of Lincoln MKX

instructions to install new mirror on passenger side of Lincoln MKX Have new unit need instructions ??? Mirror requires replacement of full unit. I require to remove the inside door panel to get to the bolts holding the mirror on the door. I would like to know the manner in which I would remove the door panel to get to the bolts holding the mirror on the passenger door???

What makes this problem better or worse?
