I replaced the fans and control module, and it worked for one day.

Closely inspect the wiring connector at fans assembly for any sign of excessive heat - melted plastic - blackened wire terminals. Quite possibly a defective fan assembly.. It is rare but possibly a blown maxi fuse in under hood fuse box. Good luck!
