I checked my fluids in the used 2002 Lincoln ls i just bought and where the coolant and also power steering goes there is a milky color what could cause that

Hello, it seems like there is a breach of the power steering cooler -- where coolant has intermixed with power steering fluid. This is, of course, a guess and must be confirmed. But it's a definite and likely cause of your coolant and your power steering fluid both appearing "milky".
It is a definite possibility during the process of adding fluids - SOME-ONE has put power steering fluid into the engine coolant reservoir - AND - engine coolant into the power steering reservoir.. Just saying..
It doesn’t take much of the wrong fluid at all to turn the contents milky.. To be honest here - I don’t really see any other connection between the two.. Unless there is an actual power steering fluid cooling coil ‘inside’ the radiator. Good luck!
