What is your question?
In the past 2 months I have replaced front brake lines, rear brakes and the rebuilt transmission. My car doesn't feel like it is going to stop when breaking, especially slow speeds. When it stops I can feel the petal releasing and hear noises. Now I hear what sounds like the suspension motor under hood after braking. NO ABS light comes on. This problem is steadily getting worse. We took ABS fuse out to stop all of this but would like to fix it properly.

Your brakes= your life!! If not experienced , I would strongly suggest a shop !
Its possible that there are two problems, the rotors are possibly warped and potentially glazed over. Also your master cylinder could be on its way out if not done. when stopped, if u let up on the petal a little and then press again, let up a little and press again for a few times and the petal travels to the floor the master is done. Goodluck!
The petal pressure did not change.
Depending on how low your brake fluid went. You may need to perform a service bleed thru a scan tool. Preferably an IDS factory tool.Check for codes while your in there. We are close by in Ambler and have all factory scan tools for every car line.Give us a call and we will set you up with an appointment.
Thank you I have been to three shops all said it was fine.
OK , I'm presuming (I never assume) that you are doing the work yourself, correct? When you pulled the ABS fuse , did the pedal steady out and the noise go away? I'll stick to those questions to start , got more though.
Yes, we pulled the fuse ourselves at someone else suggestion, yes the brake stopped quivering. The car stops fine, I feel like I have control over brakes again. The car has been to three different shops, the first said the front brake lines collapsed and replaced them. The second shop said they couldn't figure out what was wrong and suggested the fuse pull till we could get it fixed elsewhere. The third shop was a week later when the speedometer went crazy, then the car wouldn't exceed 20mph, then all would be fine, took to Cottman, they drove it said was fine, I insisted it wasn't then later they said I had to rebuild transmission. Told them about brakes, they cleaned and checked everything, said was ok. Brought it home and next day brake petal and brakes started acting same, we pulled fuse again. This all happened within the past two months and over $3,000 so far.
