Why would power steering fluid pour straight out under car when I put it in?

POSS BLOWN P/S HOSE

A seal in the rack went out in my 97.They have good deals on them on ebay,but not an easy fix for the do it your selfer like me. Had a shop put it in because you have to drop the front half of the fram down to get it in and out.
