Is there a fuse for the computer,because when you plug in the scanner,nothing

Tried to get this trux inspected.mechanic said the inspection machine can't get a reading. so I plugged my scan tool in and nothing.Scan tool reply was:Connect Scan tool.I can't locate the fuse/relay,if there is one.need location and rating.

yes,but I can't tell which fuse it is or it's location,sorry had to step out yesterday

It should be listed as ECM.......it is best to test each and every fuse you can find with a test light....or have them tested!!! Even if it says Rocket Boosters....TEST THE FUSE!!!

Yes, under the drivers side dash in that fuse box. Its the same as the cigarette lighter fuse,so make sure change doesnt short out your lighter.
