How to get pcv valve hose off seems very stuck

What is your question?

I got the hose off the PCV Valve pretty easy just pulled up and it came right off but having trouble getting it off the other side the longer side is the side im having trouble pulling it off any ideas i dont want to pull it off because i dont know if its holding onto medal or plastic. It seems like its on very very tight. Please help. I cant link what the hose looks like to make it easier for you guys sorry.

What makes this problem better or worse?

bending it back and forth a little gives very little play

while trying to replace my pcv valve hose because leak
