My horn stopped working my c430 and it only had 40,000 miles

IF the steering wheel air bag was replaced and 'IF' it's the clock spring (spiral cable) that's the culprit.... It sure is a same they didn't fix it while replacing air-bags... *It under the steering wheel*.... Any descent independent repair shop should be able to handle it.
