That's not unheard of .. Age, mileage and even driving habits are definitely contributing factors but there is no particular protocol... Over the years I have found original equipment engine mounts to be superior to the aftermarket mounts that are available.. You may opt to have your local independent repair shop check this out for you and replace the necessary parts... (I suggest using OEM parts from dealer)
