all lights come on but car wont click or start. batter/starter fine

This “mechanic” didn’t offer any information about what the suspected culprit is? IF the starter motor is operating normally *at the time of testing* then naturally it appears to be ok. Any ‘beneficial testing’ must take place while the failure is present ! Good luck!
