My RX 300 is smoking from the exhaust pipe, what can i do

if its blue/gray smoke it would be burning oil. the engine you have will clog up passages in the valve covers that it uses for the crankcase ventilation system if it was not service well. start with a new PCV valve. white smoke=blown head gasket, black smoke= running rich. Check engine light on ?
