my belt doesnt go freely this morning i change new one after i replaced it

May be installed too tight. Maybe the wrong belt, too small. Could have a pulley or tensioner binding. Lots of things to check.

I would agree with CharlesAutomotive's response. Make sure the belt is not too tight to start. If not, there could be several issues that lead to this same concern.

Remove belt and turn componets by hand to check for binding or roughness!
