the vsc light is off on the dash can you tell what that mean having problem with

What does the VSC mean? I don't read manuals. I have a 2003 LS430. Oh and I saw on YOUTUBE , a guy change out his air suspension bag and he said Make sure this is VSC is OFF. ?? I don't know what it is or what does it mean and do ? I just know the pu to keep my car on HI HEIGHT works better when it's off. My front drivers air suspension bag has a leak so I have to keep on Hi HEIGHT until my part comes in tomorrow. And by the way I hope none of your gets a leak they are used 700-900.00 and at Lexus they are 1900.00 and eBay anywhere from 599-1100.00. I found one from CHAN in Japan at TOyota manufacturing plant. They are 200.00 brand new and 3 day shipping is 120.00. Total for same pArt number at Lexus dealer is 320.00 and the dealer wants 1900.00 for 1 and only sells whole kit. If you want just the part it is exchangeable with Genuine Touota Camry part # 48010-50301 or Camry part # 50301 1, it just has an extra 1 on end compared to Lexus part by But it's the same dam thing.. And the part guy AT TOYOTA told me this As well As CHAN did at Toyota In JAPAN. And it's TRUE u e used several Parts from the Camry. Don't be fooled they are liars. But I'll never buy a different car. These Lexus's are the best on the road
