My dashboard is sticky, are there any current recalls?

My dashboard is sticky and has an extreme glare in the sunshine causing obstructed view. Reading about this issue it appears to be well known and replacements were done at one time. My understanding is that replacement dashboards were on back order and many people did not get replacements before the lawsuit ended in May 2017. I need to know if dashboards are still being replaced and if a Toyota dealership service dept can do the work on a Lexus vehicle. If replacements are no longer being done, is there any other solution to fix?
