Freon/UV Dye spraying from compressor area even though compressor was just replaced 3 months ago. What is wrong with my A/C?

Here is video of what is happening. If you look close enough you can see particles flinging out of the compressor area. It looks like it's the uv dye that I injected. streamable .com/nq8sj 3 months ago I needed a new A/C compressor because it wasnt holding a charge for longer than 3 days. 3 months later my system wont hold a charge longer than 30 minutes and the video above shows what is happening and where the leak is. I paid $2000 for parts and labor. Evap core was replaced too. If you look closely you can see the Freon being flung/sprayed around. I am in Florida so no AC is not an option. It's blowing 90+ from all vents. It's a 2012 Lexus is 250.
