why my power window won't work from the driver side for the other windows.

I just had my windows tinted and had the same problem. Looks like you need to reset the windows. I think they said that they rolled down the passenger sides to half way and then held the button UP for about 10 seconds. You should hear a click and that will reset it. Weird, but it happens when you disconnect the battery. I know some people have been told to replace stuff but Lexus are renowned for long lasting electronics. Shame they don't publicize this.
