Engine dead after sitting for a week

What is your question?

If 2007 lexus gx 470 sits a week engine is dead. Put in new battery. After a while issue repeats if not driven daily. Have checked fuses and looked for what's drawing power. Thinking maybe the stereo amp. Now vehicle will not start unless driver door is closed. Has never done that before.

What makes this problem better or worse?
