Just started yesterday. Not on left turns, no alignment imbalances. Tire pressure good. Also sounds like brief rattle or springing sound when front doors are closed quickly, like something is loose and bouncing underneath front end.
How long has your 2003 Lexus GX470 had this problem?

Way too many possibilities - there are no common denominators when it comes to various sounds emanating from a vehicle while in motion. Highly recommend *hands-on* inspection / evaluation by qualified personnel. Usually - an ‘experienced mechanic’ can accurately determine during test drive. Good luck!
