I bought my car it needed a battery and a starter so that was put in. Now my mechanic say it will start but I need to have it reprogrammed. How much will that cost. And where can I get it done
Really? Even tho I had to purchase a starter also.
That's correct .. Mechanic is mistaken OR you misunderstood .. Battery or starter replacement has NO effect on actual programing! .. Only time any type of programming is necessary is if the computer itself is going to be replaced or an update has been issued by the manufacturer to correct an existing problem. What kind of problem(s) are you having with the vehicle?
