During the process of the work that was done, a fuse or fuses failed - most likely from temporarily touching battery cables to the wrong battery terminal (reversed polarity) .. Property 'testing' ALL fuses is highly recommended! Testing all fuses using a test light takes less than 5 minutes - if done by qualified personnel.
