When registering my 2014 RX350 under the Lexus brand on your site, there is no RX's listed.

At the bottom of the page is a place to ask a question, I know of several not listed, and ask your question there. I will flag your post to try and help.
My guess is that the vehicle is new any repair needed should fall under warranty.
If that were the case why are the other Lexus 2014 listed?
