Where is the relay for the wiper delay?

My 2010 Lexus ES350 has rain sensing ability which works but this swipes too frequently and the delay switch has no effect. I suspect the relay is defective. Probable? So where is the relay located? Bill

Throughly clean windshield especially at the sensor area .. Refer to owners manual for more details.
