clunking noise coming from left front especially when turning left.

What is your question?

Current mileage 176,340. I recently had the front brake pads and rotors replaced at around 175,500 miles. At 156,553 miles I had had the drive front strut replaced but was also advised that the front lower control arm bushings are torn and could cause front end noise but I declined this repair back then.

What makes this problem better or worse?

When slowing down the vibration and noise is noticeable. When turning left the noise is louder.

How long has your 2006 Lexus ES330 had this problem?

Two days ago and the noise is slowly getting more prominent.
