2005lexuses330 front axles are being repaired.What "6 coils" repair is related?

What 6 coils go with the front r/l axle repair? I dont know if it is associated with struts or something else? What seems reasonable. I'm not troubled by cost. Just trying to understand. Thank you.

Acceleration between 35mph and 60mph makes car shake.
