check engine light and VSC light and VSC off light are all on what is my issue

The VSC is probably on , by default , due to whatever engine problem is happening. Get the check engine light CAUSE diagnosed and that should take care of VSC. Possibly can have engine 'codes' read at an Autozone or other parts store and post DTC #s here for more help , don't just buy parts based on a code!!
