Every time you drive it overheated and have to keep putting water in to go and let it cool down
What makes this problem better or worse?
It got better when I change the holes and intake

That condition should also be present IF engine coolant is leaking into the combustion chambers and being burned while engine is operating! Keep in mind it is not unusual to see some water droplets from the exhaust when the engine is first started - however that should cease after engine has fully warmed to normal operating temperature. Local auto repair facility can perform a ‘combustion leak test’ to determine if a failed head gasket issue exists.
