my car has been having issues starting. the battery was old and i think that was the main cause. my car ran and i was able to drive to the store to have the battery replaced. Now my car won't start and they have no clue what is going on.

IF this occurred immediately following battery replacement - strongly suspect battery polarity was reversed during the procedure resulting in blown main fuse.. This is especially true if this was done by an inexperienced individual..
