I bought the car used two years ago and the horn worked great. A few weeks ago the horn would work off and on. Now it doesn't work at all. What could be the reason??

Possibly a failed *clock spring* - located just under the steering wheel .. **Hands-on** testing by qualified personnel will be required. This is not a diy repair!
