Both turning signals blink fast

What is your question?

The sensor on the dash for turning signals blinks real fast. Both signals work but very fast. How much does it cost to repair the sensors. The left one did it first and a few months later the right one is doing it too. Someone told me I need to have Kia dealership repair it.
