Clutch wont accelerate

What is your question?

In last 3 years Iv had to get my clutch replaced 5times , clutch pedal gets stiff and then it starts having acceleration problems and high rpms I can shift into any gear no problem. Last 2 times I put a clutch in it only lasted a month then it seemed it burnt out .. I'm a frequent driver
