Battery has good voltage, but wouldn't start. Later in the day it did start. Got no diagnostic code.

Heard nothing when it first wouldn't start. All the lights on the dash lit up...check engine, battery, etc. My son tested the battery and it had 12 volts. It has started since, but we live in the country and I don't want to get stuck somewhere especially since a jump wouldn't even help.
