All braks locked up and won't start know

Brakes locked up all at once is typically a sign of a faulty abs control module, or could be brakes have exceeded their limits and the calipers are extended too far to retract. Please give us a call if you'd like for us to look at

All brakes locked up. If the brake master cylinder was resently replaced its not adjuster properly. If not I would look for contaminated fluid. But an engine no start at the same time?
