Fair price to get turn signal changed on 2001 kia spectra gs 4 cylinder

I have the switch already just need the fair price to get it installed n it has the intermittent wiper n cruise control

i was hoping that you had not bought it yet.the same exact switch that's $409.99 plus tax at a parts house is only $179.99 on e-bay.so you are not going to install it your self?

This is for a friend she dropped the car off to the dealership n she wanted to know whats a fair price for labor
