What causes a heater to only work whike its moving.

I did check the fuses and all were good. And the blower doesnt sound like its running

Well the windshield wipper relay isn't getting any juice to it. So could it be a wire in the engine comparment not connected.

IF battery power and ground is present at the blower motor - suspect failed blower motor.

Sp i should replace the blower motor then

Remove blower and bench test it using battery power and appropriate jumper wires.

I went out this morning to start the car when i started it the blower was running on just one setting now it shut off and i did the bench test and nothing happens

Turn key on and blower switch to high speed .. Tap on blower motor with small hammer or like tool - IF blower responds - REPLACE the blower motor!

The wipers worl when you turn them on but the windshield washer fluid doesnt come out when i try to use it
