Car wont start when we put in gas

What is your question?

Are are no weird sounds. But when we go to put in gas the car it wont start. It takes a few times to start.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Putting in gas each time no matter what station it wont start immediately

Raw fuel entering EVAP system which in turn is flooding engine following re-fueling.. *Hands-on* testing / diagnosis will be required. Holding accelerator pedal to floor while cranking will help starting flooded engine.

Habitually ‘topping off’ fuel tank is primarily cause of this type EVAP system failure! Multiple system components can be damaged - thus the need for *hands-on* diagnosis. Good luck!
