navigation system recycles several times at startup in cold weather

What is your question?

Navigation system recycles several times at startup in cold weather prior to coming online. During this initial waiting period, both radio and rear backup camera functioning, however gridlines on camera are not showing. Fan Blower was recently replaced at dealership. I asked if insulation might have been removed, but technician insists nothing was done in the location of the navigation/radio and that no insulation was removed. I am in a quandary. System works perfectly once the recycling is over (approximately 8 cycles)

What makes this problem better or worse?

Only occurrs when vehicle is cold -1 degrees or lower
