Unhook battery, remove serpentine belt, remove idler pulley, remove dipstick tube, remove plastics over top of radiator, unhook fans from back side of radiator and slide to right as far as possible (about 2"), take the four bolts out of top of radiator so it moves forward and backward, unplug alternator, take positive wire off alternator, take 2 mounting bolts off radiator. If alone taking off upper radiator hose would be very helpful for more room. Alternator comes out where dipstick tube was up through the top (yes it fits with radiator pulled toward the grill). Takes about 2 hours from beginning to end.
Bought it used and only had 36000 mile warranty
Did you actually check with a new car Dealer on that??
