Iam having a hard time finding a transfer case shift motor

Do you mean locating a replacement one? Or finding its location on the vehicle? I don't think it's hard hard to find a replacement motor at your local Kia dealership. Aftermarket - I don't know. On the vehicle, it's located on the transfer case, of course.

Are you sure you actually need one???
