What is your question?
I brought my car in for one light being out. I signed the estimate paper that said $35 that it would come to. They called and told me the other one was out too and that my car was done. When I got there the bill was $80. They already did the work but what if I didn't have the money for it? I am very unhappy with this.

IF you signed an estimate authorizing ONLY one tailight to be replaced AND DID NOT authorize other repairs to be made , then go back and ask them to see the copy of the estimate that you signed , many states have limits on how much over the estimate they are allowed to go without further authorization and it should be stated on the paper you signed.IF that is the case ask for a refund of the difference --example -original estimate was $35.00..where I work the form states MAXIMUM allowed (without further authorization-which includes over the phone verbal okays) is 10 percent ($3.50)-- so , $38.50 plus any more tax and shop fees would still be reasonable(that's why it is called an estimate not an exactimate), but more than double sounds like poor communication or a scam/bullying the customer. Good luck.
