How to change the ignition coils on the 2006 Sorento? Are there 6 of them?

no,only 3 on your car.3 coils,and 3 wires.the wires go to the coil and then 3 of the plugs.the 3 coils are over top of the other 3 plugs.mark your wires first,so you know how they go back.unplug connector and wire on coil.gently twist back and forth,while pulling up off of spark plug.be sure to put wires back on correct plug.do them one at a time.same with wire,twist back and forth gently,while pulling up on the top of the wire boot.
