Just had my spark plugs changed and now it starts to rumble when I'm sitting at a red like. Seems it's idle is now a little off.
What makes this problem better or worse?
If I give it a little gas to hit the #1 rpm it's fine.
How long has your 2006 Kia Sorento had this problem?

Hello, no, the idle speed is not adjustable on your vehicle. However, it would seem that perhaps a vacuum leak has developed somewhere, or an unmetered air leak. Or, a secondary ignition component is showing weakness - such as a spark plug cable. Testing is needed.
