dragging sound

What is your question?

I am hearing a dragging sound when I am backing up and turning right, had all brakes done May 2013, Sway Bars/bushings/links done February 2014, please answer with any ideas. Thank you

Noise in front/back? While brakes are applied?? Tire rubbing inner fender???... Stick hung under chassis????

I think the rear is the sound, not when brakes are applied at all, the dragging sound while backing out didn't start till two days ago, the turning right dragging sound started about June 2014.
